Join Us for Dress in Blue Day and Raise Awareness for Colorectal Cancer!
March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, and the first Friday of March marks Dress in Blue Day—a time to honor those affected by colorectal cancer, celebrate survivors, and spread awareness about prevention and early detection. But why stop at just one day? We encourage you to #DressInBlueWA all month long!
How You Can Participate:
✅ Wear Blue – Show your support by wearing blue on Dress in Blue Day, Friday March (or anytime in March!).
✅ Download and Share Our Graphic – Our "I Wear Blue For ________" graphic is designed for you to personalize. Write in the name of a loved one who has been impacted by colorectal cancer—whether they’re in treatment, a survivor, or have passed away—and share it on your social channels.
✅ Tag and Hashtag – Use #DressInBlueWA #DressInBlue #ColonStars and tag @colonstars so we can see and amplify your posts!
✅ Encourage Others – Challenge your friends, family, and coworkers to join in. Awareness leads to action, and action saves lives!
By participating, you’re helping to shine a light on the importance of screening and early detection. Colorectal cancer is one of the most preventable cancers—but only if we talk about it!
Let’s turn social media blue and spread the word! 💙
